About Scott Burrell

Scott Burrell is an experienced litigator who has handled all types of criminal matters, from serious felonies and three strikes cases to DUI's and domestic violence charges.  Mr. Burrell worked as a litigator for the international law firm Morrison & Foerster, LLP before joining the Public Defender's Office in San Francisco as a Senior Trial Attorney.  He has also worked a Senior Trial Attorney for the San Francisco City Attorney's Office, where he represented the San Francisco Unified School District in a complex construction fraud case involving construction of a San Francisco 49er Academy (school) in San Francisco.  Mr. Burrell has extensive experience trying and handling cases large and small, complex and simple.  He is dedicated to using his skills to obtain exceptional results that exceed client expectations.
